Aurora Travel & DMC new policy: 7-day free cancellation

Our 7-day cancellation policy will be applied for any FIT bookings with travel dates ranging from December 2020 to the end of 2021 (except for air tickets which will be applied to different airlines’ policies). New FIT bookings (less than 5 rooms) traveling within this period will be fully refunded if the cancellations are made more than 07 days prior to the arrival date.

Please be advised that during Peak Season (Christmas and New Year) and Public Holidays, different cancellation policies may be applied. We will inform the cancelation policy for such period(s) to you case by case.
