Thailand – Good news for all of us, from 1 July 2022, foreign visitors to Thailand are welcome all either vaccinated or unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated. Foreign nationals are only required to show proof of either a certificate of vaccination or a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel. The Thai government also removed the Thailand Pass and Covid covering health insurance requirement. Face mask is no longer compulsory at low-risk areas, uncrowded areas or outdoors. Face mask wearing will still be required in crowded and poorly ventilated areas such as public transport, and markets and concert venues.

Thailand
From 01 July 2022

For fully vaccinated travelers, NO PCR test before departure needed, as well as NO Rapid test on arrival.

For unvaccinated or not fully vaccinated travelers, a negative RT-PCR or professional ATK test result within 72 hours of travel. Unvaccinated/not fully vaccinated travellers, will be random checked on arrival and who are unable to show proof of a pre-arrival negative test will be required to undergo a professional ATK test at the point of entry.

Across Thailand, government allows people to go unmasked on a voluntary basis when they are in low-risk areas, uncrowded areas or outdoors. Face mask wearing will still be required in crowded and poorly ventilated areas such as public transport, and markets and concert venues.

Cambodia

For fully vaccinated travelers, NO PCR test before departure needed, as well as NO Rapid test on arrival. Covid Insurance and self rapid test are recommended.

Cambodia Visa-on-Arrival also be resumed for all international visitors, by air, land and waterway (guests may still apply for E-visa before arrival).

Vietnam

Having an insurance coving treatment for COVID-19 with a minimum liability of $10,000, foreigners can visit Vietnam either by air, land, waterway or land.

Vietnam also resumed all visa policy as before pandemic. If a tourist is not belongs to 15 countries that Vietnam offer 15-day unilateral visa exemption, in Europe: Belarus, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Spain, Sweden, the U.K., Russia, and) and 2 countries in Asia: Japan, South Korea; then the tourist can apply for E-visa at: https://evisa.xuatnhapcanh.gov.vn/trang-chu-ttdt or contact us for further assistant.

Laos

From 9 May 2022, Laos is opening all international borders to foreigners. Visas on arrival are being reinstated at “international borders”.

If you are fully vaccinated, no Pre-departure and On-arrival test are required.

For those without a complete vaccination certificate who are more than 12 years old must obtain a rapid (ATK) COVID-19 certificate within 48 hours of departure. Laos will not offer testing at airports or international borders via road or boat.

Singapore

From 26 Apr 2022, for fully vaccinated arrivals to Singapore, Pre-departure test is not required. Travellers are strongly encouraged to complete the online Singapore Arrival Card with Electronic Health Declaration before departure, up to 72 hours before arrival in Singapore. Install and activate TraceTogether Mobile App. Travellers aged 6 or below this year, or are unable to use a mobile device due to a certified disability/special need can obtain a TraceTogether token after arrival in Singapore.

Upon clearance at Immigration, an e-Pass (i.e. Visit Pass) stating the period of stay granted will be issued to foreign short-term visit pass travellers via the email address indicated in the SGAC. Passports will no longer be stamped.

Malaysia

Malaysia re-opened its borders from April 1, 2022 and allow entry without quarantine for visitors vaccinated against Covid-19. From May 1, 2022, all tests are scrapped. Also Insurance is no longer required, but recommended.

Travelers are required download the Malaysian government's MySejahtera app and fill up a pre-departure form before taking off.

Visa conditions to Malaysia is un-change compare to pre pandemic.

Myanmar

Myanmar resumes international passenger flights from April 17. E-Visa applications for Myanmar have already resumed. Until now, only foreigners with compelling reasons to travel could get entry permission to from the Myanmar Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Fully vaccinated Business travelers will need to meet the latest COVID-19 entry requirements:

  • Passengers must have a vaccination certificate showing full vaccination at least 14 days before arrival. Passengers under the age of 6 traveling with fully vaccinated parents of guardians do not need a vaccination certificate.
  • Passengers need to have a PCR COVID-19 test no more than 72 hours before arriving in Myanmar. Children under the age of 6 do not need to have a test to travel.
  • Travelers must test COVID-19 Rapid Diagnostics Test (RDT) at their own costs at the rate of 15,000 MMK (app. USD 8.05) on arrival.
