Submarine Tour to Explore The Underwater of Nha Trang

Vietnam is working to increase foreign travel once more following restrictions imposed during the pandemic. As part of this effort, submarine tours that take tourists down into the underwater realms off its coast have been started.

Tourists can enjoy the seafloor and see a variety of aquatic life, coral reefs, and the remains of a 50m-long ship during a 30-minute dive in Nha Trang Bay, according to tour operators in the coastal city.

A few days before the 47th anniversary of the end of the Vietnam War, Hon Tre Island's 24-seat DeepView24 transparent-walled tourist submarine opened to the public.

According to Triton Submarines, which created the vessel, DeepView24 submarine tours can theoretically dive to a depth of 100m but are only doing so in Nha Trang Bay, where it provides panoramic views of the underwater world through 1.4m wide windows.

Vinpearl - The company behind the tour claims that the submarine is like a huge glass walkway in an aquarium and is tall enough for people to stand in.
