This journey is specially designed to proof that Laos could also be considered as an active destination besides being famed for its cultural characteristic. Various activities are featured in this journey such as hiking, cycling, trekking, kayaking, climbing, camping and especially zip-lining. Furthermore, this is also a great opportunity to explore further the northwest of Laos, getting closer to the local people and their cultures.
  • Upon arrival at Luang Prabang airport, in Luang Prabang town. Luang Prabang is perhaps the best-preserved traditional city in Southeast Asia. The tranquility and charm of this town with its splendid natural scenery and cultural sights make it one of the most delightful places to visit in Laos.
    Greeting by the local guide and transfer to hotel. Enjoy the remainder of day at leisure.

  • After breakfast our guide and driver pick up you at your hotel dive to visit Wat Mai temple Continue our tour by walking down to Royal Palace and Wat Xieng Thong and then free leisure.

    In late afternoon driver and guide transfer you to visit local house for private Baci ceremony. Baci is a ceremony to celebrate a special event, whether a marriage, a homecoming, a welcome, a birth, or one of the annual festivals. A mother is given a Baci after she has recovered form a birth, the sick are given Baci to facilitate a cure, officials are honored by Baci, and novice monks are wished luck with a Baci before entering the temple. The Baci ceremony can take place any day of the week and all year long, preferably before noon or before sunset. The term more commonly used is “su-kwan”, which means “calling of the soul”.

    After that return to your hotel free leisure overnight at hotel.
  • This morning, we take a nearly an hour transfer from Luang Prabang to Hoi Khua Waterfall Ban Pak Lueang Village, Chomphet District. At your arrival on spot, relax with a tea or a coffee at the Coffee shop while filling up the security acknowledgement form. After that, starting climbing up to the top of the waterfall with the local guide for a hiking loop of around 2 hours and a half. Discover the natural pool from the waterfall water spring, centenaries trees, the jungle vegetation, the tales of Hoi Khua waterfall and the local life style. Continue by the governor’s trees plantations project, wild field, enjoy veggies found along the way and walk back down to the coffee shop for your lunch.

    After that, participate a safety training with the experience guide and start climb up to the higher trees for 24 Stations of bridges and zip Lining. Challenge your agility and using your balance with a Rope course loop of 14 stations to challenge your friends or yourself with 13 different bridges and obstacles then enjoy the fresh air with 11 stations and 900 meters of Zip Line down to the valley between the trees across the Green Jungle Canopy to the Green Garden Flower before abseil down of the tree and then back to the coffee shop by the Green Organic Trail. Take a short break before heading back to Luang Prabang after this exciting zip line adventure.

  • Picking up at hotel and transfer to the Adventure Camp on the banks of the Nam Khan River where you will be reviewed kayaking basics and safety before heading down the river. Nam Khan River conditions vary widely. During the high water season the river is swollen, flowing well, and winds through stunning lush jungle, rice paddies, local villages, and elephant camps (where you might catch a glimpse of them splashing on the river banks). This 20 km (12 miles) easy-medium run usually takes 3-4 hours with breaks, and will be ending just under the Luang Prabang city bridge. If you are not in a good shape today, there is also an option to shorten a half of the route.

    In late afternoon we visit Wat Phabath tai temple to see sunset cruise and then wander along the night market on the street which offers a spectacular sunset and a panoramic view over Luang Prabang and the Mekong River.
  • A very early morning start, we transfer to the heritage town to observe surround of people to do alms giving for monks collecting alms’s ceremony and climb up to visit Phousi mountain for see sunrise and then drown  to visit the Morning market then back to have breakfast at your hotel.

    After breakfast, we travel 5-6h by car to Oudomxay, with the beautiful Mountain View.

  • In the early afternoon, we drive towards Namkat Waterfall for a great trekking route.

    Upon reaching the entrance, we start trekking & walking over 13 flying bridges, nearly a kilometer to Nam Kat waterfall. After that, abseiling down and driving back to the meeting point. This trekking route takes more than 3 hours to finish. You are recommended to pack extra clothes and making sure your other personal stuffs (sunblock, cap, water cap, sunglasses…) are safe inside a water-proof bag.

  • This morning, we drive towards Namkat Waterfall then trekking pass the jungle about 1.5 km to see Giant Trees. Continue trekking and driving to the Waterfall’s entrance. Trekking and walking over 13 flying bridges about 1 km to have lunch the doing 18 zip lining. Set up our camp along Namkat Stream, dinner and stay overnight the camp.

    On the next day, enjoy the open-air breakfast at the camp then take a 6-hour hike through the jungle to the Tree House. After that rock climbing, abseiling down and jungle walk back about 1.5 km to the meeting point. Transfer back to the hotel.

  • After breakfast, we travel by car to Pakbeng. It takes about 4-hours by car with several stops on the way to visit local villages and admire nature.

  • After breakfast, we transfer to the local pier to board a private boat, cruising down-steam to Luang Prabang. On the way, we visit several hill tribe villages, onwards to famous Pak Ou caves known as Tham Ting. Visit rice wine distillation village at Ban Shanghai Whisky village.
