Cancellation Policy
FIT (Free Independent Travelers)
For FIT bookings, cancellation fees are calculated based on the season and the number of days prior to arrival.

For both low season (01 May – 30 September) and high season (01 October – 30 April), no charge applies for cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival. From 21–30 days prior, a 10% fee applies. From 10–20 days before arrival, the charge is 25% in low season and 50% in high season. From 5–10 days prior, the fee is 50% (low season) and 75% (high season). From 2–5 days prior, the charge is 75% (low season) and 90% (high season). Cancellations made less than 2 days before arrival or in case of no-show are subject to 100% charge in all seasons.

The above FIT policy does not apply during peak season. Peak season terms are subject to suppliers and will be advised case by case.

GIT (Group Inclusive Tours)
GIT cancellation terms are subject to suppliers and seasonal conditions and will be confirmed case by case. In general, no charge applies before the cut-off/deposit date.

After the deposit date up to 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit is charged. From 21–30 days prior, the charge is full deposit plus 25% (low season) or 50% (high season). From 10 days prior to arrival onward, cancellation fees range from 90% to 100%, with 100% applied from 5 days prior, including no-show.
