Thailand to Ease The Travel Requirement for International Arrivals from 1 April 2022

Thailand's Center for COVID-19 Situation Administration (CCSA) endorsed the easing of the pretravel testing necessity for foreign travelers starting 1 April 2022, as the realm readies a four-stage intent to downsize the COVID-19 pandemic to endemic sickness.

Qualified travelers
International arrivals under any of the current three-section plans - TEST and GO, Sandbox, and Alternative Quarantine (AQ) - will be permitted to enter Thailand without the need to show confirmation of a negative RT-PCR test in the span of 72 hours of movement.

  • Water points of passage expanded from ports and wharves in 2 to 3 regions - Phuket, Chon Buri, and Surat Thani (new).

Testing requirement
