After breakfast, meet our driver and travel by road to Ha Long Bay, a place of outstanding natural beauty that is a World Heritage Site with its 3,000 islands rising from the clear, emerald waters of the Gulf of Tonkin. Make the journey through the rich farmlands of the Delta of the Red River, with its rice fields, water buffalo, and Vietnamese village life. Arrival in Halong and embarkation on the cruise, accompanied by lunch on board. Enjoy tours and/or activities (depending on the schedule of each vessel) as the cruises on emerald green waters among thousands of rugged islands and incredible limestone karsts of Ha Long Bay, stopping at spectacular caves through which you can wander, viewing impressive, centuries-old formations or just relax on board. • Flying between limestone karsts and over shimmering beaches is the most thrilling way to see the charming Halong Bay, UNESCO-listed landscape. Today, take a scenic seaplane ride over Ha Long Bay to get a different perspective on this world-renowned heritage site.

Start the day with a demonstration of Tai Chi that combines deep breathing and relaxation with slow and gentle movements. Breakfast consists of coffee, tea, and pastries served in a dining room with a view of the bay's landscape. Enjoy breakfast in the fresh air of Ha Long Bay as the boat continues cruising around the bay, passing the most beautiful and peaceful areas as it makes its way to the wharf. The vehicle is ready awaiting your disembarkation at approximately 1030 for driving back to Ha Noi for your flight to Danang. When you arrive in Da Nang, our guide will greet you and take you to Hoi An.

Overnight stay in Hoi An 

Today, pretend to be a Vietnamese by dressing up in Ao Dai and explore the Hoi An Ancient Town on foot. Inscribed by UNESCO as a World Heritage site since 1999, Hoi An has been beautifully preserved by its the streets still lined with old tile-roofed shop houses, shady pagodas, and colorful communal halls. Your personal photographer is prepared to capture some one-of-a-kind images with the yellow-decorated walls serving and colorful lanterns as the background.
 

You will have a chance to see Hoi An with a different appearance. Let’s enjoy a scenic ride by vintage jeep to explore off the beaten track rural corners of Hoi An. Along the way, you might see cows or buffalos working on rice fields with farmers or lazy relaxing under the shade. Keep on riding along quiet trails, passing water-coconut palm trees, fishing farms, and rice paddies. Learn about the diversity of local plants and herbs and visit the home of some local families to observe how they make rice wine, rice noodles, and rice paper.

This evening, take a short drive from the bustle and hustle downtown Hoi An to its countryside, surrounded by peaceful villages, idyllic rivers, and lush water coconut palms. Take a Vietnamese basket boat floating on the Co Co River to watch the sunset over the river and water coconut jungle. The boat ride will bring you to the floating stationary bamboo raft where you will dine privately. As the light fades, the candles and lantern torch lights beam around you, as the river scene comes alive and romantic. Immerse yourself in a relaxing BBQ dinner in a rustic yet peaceful setting, created by a sparkling river with a glassy surface under the starry sky.

Set off for leisure boat ride on Thu Bon River and a market tour with a local chef who will guide you on how to pick fresh produce and ingredients essential for traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Enjoy sight, sound, and flavor of the market before returning to the cooking school, an elegant old building with a French colonial-style exterior and traditional Hoi An interior to participate in a hands-on cookery course under the enthusiastic instruction of your chef. The chef will explain to you the distinctive recipes of using typical ingredients of presenting and decorating Central Vietnamese foods. Enjoy what you have created with the chef before you farewell to the chef and return to your hotel.

This morning, you will be transferred to the airport to take the flight o Can Tho, the heartland of Mekong Delta. Upon arrival board your private sampan for the downstream cruise on Mekong River. As you navigate the waterways of the Mekong Delta, you will have the opportunity to observe local villagers going about their daily activities against the backdrop of the picture-perfect landscapes of the Mekong Delta. Your shore excursion will include some unique stops that have a local flavor and will give you a vibe for the way people live along the river. The experience of having a private romantic dinner while gazing at the stars is one that will stay with you forever.

Set sail early morning, when the villagers are just waking up and sending their children off to school. A colorful Cao Dai temple and a modest brick factory are the first stops on our first shore excursion after a leisurely breakfast on board. Continue crusing to Cai Be town, home to many quaint shops selling snacks made from Delta staples like rice and coconuts, such as puffed rice and chewy coconut candy. Le Longanier is where the cruise will end. 
 

Tonight, meet with the Vespa crew and be ready for a fun ride around some busiest streets corners of Saigon, see the city in a different way from what a normal city day tour can offer. Capture the lively pictures of Saigon after sunset. Stop at a boutique cocktail bar and kitchen tucked away in an old apartment, meet up with the passionate mixologists who are delighted to prepare unique menu courses paired in flavors with some uniquely mixed cocktails. This morning, go on a thrilling tour of Saigon's historic sites aboard a vintage sidecar motorbike with a personal driver. The ride takes you to some stunning landmarks with fascinating historical connections: 
 

Reunification Palace, the former residence of the Indochina Governor-General and later of the President of the Republic of Southern, Notre Dame Cathedral, a red-brick structure with twin spires modeled after the original in Paris, Central Post Office, designed by Gustav Eiffel before he built the Eiffel Tower. Cho Lon, a colorful Chinatown with mysterious temples, must be a place to be discovered. Stroll through Chinatown's narrow streets to truly appreciate the local houses, pagodas, and temples' Chinese architecture. Unwind in a coffee shop that was once used as a safe haven and weapon chamber by the Viet Cong during the Vietnam War.
